Information & Experiences
We all deal with vast amounts of information and experiences daily whether it be in our personal or professional capacities. Digitally speaking, websites are our go-to channels.
Then came the age of instant messaging and the ability to share information and experiences faster than you can say -“Send“.
Logically, all these instant messaging applications started extending chats between humans to allow information and experiences to be received from brands and businesses in a more autonomous fashion. These automated experiences with a brand or business are made possible by “Chat Bots” or “Virtual Assistants” as they are called in industry. A Chat Bot would typically have a cell phone number associated with it and after adding it to your contacts, you would be able to interact with it.
From dawn to date, these automated experiences are incredibly exciting and some brands are doing amazing things but, alas, amazing and useful experiences are few and far between. It is probably not to different from what websites were initially – everyone had to get one. Doing so was limited to the geniuses and braves though, and once you had it the question was – what on earth would you do with it?
Information & Experiences Reimagined
HeyTopic allows anyone to share quality experiences and information – which we call Topics – across channels like Telegram Messenger and WhatsApp.
Messenger platforms all have terms of use policies and so do we. This is important for many reasons but includes the fact that we want to enable and help offer only quality experiences. With your topic approved, people can start interacting with it by simply sending a messaging including your chosen topic code to HeyTopic or navigating to it within this website.
This is a reference site and users visiting this site, or consuming content and experiences via the respective topics, will be referred here by you. Access to a topic will always be determined by you and can either be public or private. Private topics are useful in that they can be used to offer the topic to a group including for example an institutions staff.
